Refund policy

Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we will replace faulty items. Our policy for faulty items lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If your item is faulty either received that way or to break within 15 days please email us at info@featherandleafco.com. We may request a photo to be emailed or the item to be returned.

Ensure care instructions are followed as listed on our products and enclosed with your order. Damages caused by not following the care instructions or general wear and tear will not be refunded.

If a replacement item is not available then a refund will be processed via your original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
